I’m not defending these folks at all - they’re awful too. But man, the reaction from people before they even knew it was illegitimate is very telling.

Haha. This. My six year old and two year old have similar battles over their toys and games.
So scammers were scamming. I’m shocked.
You got some reeeaaal beef with Ohio goin there. Who’s to say the people of that fine state won’t get a chance to catch a legendary, just because it’s not cold enough? Even Lebron moved there to get away from the heat.
you dont fix things when theyre working fine. when things go to shit is when and why communication is needed. saying “people only care about it when stuff goes to shit” is like saying “people only call 911 when theres an emergency!” fking duh?
Not everyone lives in a PokeUtopia, where we can go outside for a little bit and catch a dozen Pokemon. Some people can walk around for hours and only see 1 pidgy. So something like PokeVision was a godsend. Where I live is along a major roadway, I assume they don’t put Pokemon spawns close to major roads for a good…
The tracker was working on day one. It worked even better in the beta. Wandering aimlessly was never “the point”.
You’re right that it’s only a few people going crazy, but that misses one key thing: The people who are playing the game super-hard, super-crazy and going nutso are the same people who are actually PAYING for it.
Found the Niantic burner.
Honestly your first mistake was to actually post on reddit
But they can spend money on front-facing community people so as to actually deal with the flak. That doesn’t take time.
You and your wife should probably take a Xanax.
It sucks. No tracking = no real way to hunt for pokemon and “play” the game. It went from a game which got me outside to play, to a game i now play when im outside anyway.
SUPER cool car. I might mess with it at $6k.
I would say the same. $3k does sound perfectly reasonable.
I seriously love the look of this thing, but I have to agree here. CP.
I mean, I am pretty sure if you search within yourself you will find that you already know the answer.
I’d rather get a teenager something that was built in the 2000s for $3,200. They’re gonna crash it, and I’d rather they be in something with at least one airbag.
My CP vote is reluctant enough that I’m not casting it. Not voting NP either. I usually figure for some wiggle room in CL/Ebay/etc pricing, but not over a third of the price (imho should be $2K or so).
