I am a German license plate fanatic and I’ve never heard of a plate that comes with a KMK at the beginning like that Type III has. Where the hell is that? That’s not a plate listed on any cheat sheet I have. Has to be an old East German district, they always have the oddest codes because they came to the party late.…
