Doubtless, Steam needs a refund policy. It’s a good thing to have in general, and especially on Steam, where tons of potential predators—in the form of faulty Early Access games and ample trash heaped on top of the service’s treasures

Somehow i think yo are like someone who throws a lot of money into p2w games. I like to compare them to people who ‘build’ modells (for example, tank modells) as a hobby. You are the guy who just buys a finished modell and later complains about the shitty painting on it.

tbh, i played gta online today for the first time and voice chat was HELL. There is no way you do not turn it off, seriously. And when i remember what i had to read in textchats in games like WoT or MWO or even EvE... no thanks, i don’t need no VoiP in games anymore...

Valve is running a distribution plattform, Steam. It’s like a shop, of course they earn money off of other people’s work. Would you ask a Supermarket to give you something for free because they didn’t produce it on their own?
