I like pretty much all types of fries. I like them too well, actually. Cooked right, they are all pretty great. My favorite? If I’m cutting up potatoes, wedges, cooked in corn oil, with garlic and a little (Very little) parsley, with a good amount of salt. Cooked to about the color of Canada Dry Ginger Ale.
