The “discrepancy” between the show finale and the books is that the show’s finale will be released.

Both films are beautifully shot. Absolutely gorgeous. Great sound design too. But IMHO neither are entertaining or enjoyable movies.

This is one of the stupidest reviews I ever read.

Dear Kotaku,

Let me save you all some time. This is a VERY LONG “review” which is actually 98% some guy being a jerk about the franchise while simultaneously free associating memories of the prior games he admitted he intentionally wrote negative reviews of just for the hype. Halfway through reading this you’ll just be puzzled as t

A) Being escapist fantasy doesn’t preclude a series from dealing with serious subject matter on occasion. See Buffy’s The Body episode.

So I dont watch Charmed, but it does actually sound like this could be problematic and spark a conversation worth having about metaphors in fiction. The problem is, everyone is going to knee jerk disagree with you because io9 has burned all of its capital with the reader base. The last time I remember you guys calling

Fran Drescher should be the new voice of Darth Vader.

You have to understand that the sane part of the world is getting tired of this push to blatantly include LGBT, minorities, etc., where it does absolutely nothing to advance the story. There are a lot of shows and movies that start out fine, then rapidly take a dump because they veer off onto some tagent about how so

TL;DR: “I’m a writer with more sensibilities than her, so why is she one of the most successful author ever and I’m not?!”

The only people who give a fuck about this shit are the retards like you who write these articles.

This article is well-written, but terrifying. I am a leftist to my core, unequivocally, but at what point will artists in the US (everywhere...?) be faced with standards they are compelled to follow...or else? How long before “sensitivity readers” are presented with powers tantamount to those Joseph Breen wielded,

My guess is that we’ll see the remake sometime around 2020/2021—and that legions of fans will cry out at every little change made from the original PSX release, because by god, they wanted a remake, but they wanted an experience that reminds them of the experience their rose-colored nostalgia goggles tells them they

Bakshi’s Fire & Ice is a better rotoscope animated film imo. Because about 95% of the film is real rotoscoping. Bakshi’s LOTR cheats. It at times won’t even use rotoscope. They’ll film a live action scene and just put a filter over it. This is especially present in the prancing pony scene and when the orcs are riding

And you’re completely and utterly wrong. Flawed, hell yes. But it’s nonetheless the best Superman movie ever made (number 2 is The Iron Giant). Granted that’s not hard to do given its awful initial sequels, the Singer dull reboot/sequel and completely an utterly wrong Murderman reboot, but to say that there’s nothing

Seriously? The Outlaw Josey Wales isn’t on this list? BRIAN. WHAT.

Speaking of Ikaros - given both Odyssey and RDR2 have the same eagle noises, but one is used to inform you of ‘something’ and the other is background noise is one of the most annoying things I’m adjusting to.

You actually have to pay attention to the prompts when you play missions. If you did the very first hunting mission in the snow, you’d have learned to press up to whistle at your horse to call him.

The usual. Amazing scope, superb detail, huge world, years of money and effort... and people still nitpick as though the game is somehow underperforming. The thing it that this is pure opinion based on user expectation rather than the realities of hardware/software limitations and possible developmental constraints.
