No. Sorry, but no. TIE Defenders are top-of-the-line, brand-new fighters - and the Y-Wings are old, refurbished *bombers*. Judging only based on size is...no. This is like saying an F-4 Phantom would win in a dogfight against an F-16 Falcon, just because the Phantom is bigger. Nope.

I can’t imagine how anybody watching the CIA speech didn’t cringe. That was yugely embarrassing. All I could think was, shut up, please shut up, you’re making it worse with every word.

I was anchoring today and spelled out the President was lying. It was my third story down, post marches and the CIA clusterfuck, and I very specifically said the crowd DID NOT back to the monument, and that numbers did not match what Spicer said.

There are many rights which are abrogated when a person assumes the office of the POTUS, mostly in relation to privacy and security. Yes, they person willingly adopts these restrictions by accepting the office. However, once the oath is taken, they are subject to the protocols in question.

I’ve been upset and sad about a bunch of the celebrity deaths this year, but this is the first time I’ve been just straight up sobbing. I just don’t want this to be true.

Also, unfriended a person I knew from college who was making fun of people caring about her as Leia. Okay, assface, we get it that you’re above Star

Now playing

If any recent death called for vulgarity, this sure as shit was one.

I adore the conspiracy theory.

It’s The Rock. Therefore it, indeed, doesn’t matter.

He thinks Gizmoduck was called Roboduck. I think it’s fair to say that he has no clue what he’s talking about, everything he says is wrong, and he’s destined for the fires of hell.

The guy certainly knows his lore. Of course only Imperial Fists would be on Terra, though marching in a military parade seemingly meant of an inquisitor is kinda rare as Space Marines are one of the few institutions that can say fuck off to the Inquisition without much repercussion.

At this point, I’m sold on Scott Snyder’s name alone. Like Jason Aaron, he really hasn't written a book I didn't like.

That's also why I wish they were doing a Jack Knight Starman series. The legacy aspect, of heroes passing the mantle to their kids and the like was one of the best parts of the DCU, and it's one of the reasons I hated the New 52.

Camo on planes is for when they are sitting on the ground between missions, not camouflaging them while they fly. I assume these have to land at some point to refuel and resupply.

Too Late To Edit Addition: I’m not going to engage in the specific people but for all the deservedly grey comments out there whining about her college paper, I will simply say this:

It’s very cool to finally see WEG and its crew getting recognition for their pioneering work in the EU, and how LA gave them so much trust in those efforts. Something that LA wouldn’t so freely give in the future.

They really did know what they were doing with that game line. The adventures even do a great job of transcending a Star Wars setting, due to simply how well they’re written. I’m currently using each of the old adventures as a framework for games I run in a GI Joe-esque setting set in the early 80's, and my players

I do get a bit tired of actors, writers, etc, all focussing entirely on the whole:
