I'm going to guess you are not from South Texas. Catholicism is more popular than Protestantism here. A good rule of thumb for South Texas is that people are Catholic until proven otherwise.

According to Mojang, servers can charge for access - how you break up the charges is the server owner's call, but you can ONLY charge for access. I figure that somebody who has some kind of on server game play or something will be able to put those on an isolated server and charge appropriately.
