Democrats on Tuesday morning: Comey needs to be fired!

The last president to fire an FBI director was Bill Clinton, not Nixon. That bit of misinformation has been going around a lot this afternoon (not saying you said it was).

Hold on to that sweet, sweet conspiracy theory for a second. Isn’t the point of this that Comey fumbled up the investigation into Hillary’s misuse of handling her e-mail and data? In that it was essentially dismissed and she continued campaigning?

Problem is that special prosecutors can only be appointed by the AG (possibly the Deputy AG). And both of them signed off on the firing.

I could see a tuna melt being microwaved or maybe some left over old school tuna noodle casserole or creamed tuna on toast or a tuna bunstead. But what kind of animal eats it at 9 am in a public office? Feel shame, lowly office worker. Shame.
