“Intended to spark debate” is the bourgie way of saying “It was just a prank bro!” when you being shitty pisses people off.

For the life of me I can’t remember the words to this song. Every time I try to my mind just substitutes the “Batman Smells” version of it.
I don’t understand what people who do this get out of it. I mean, I know they get all kinds of adulation and perks and “thank you for your services” but they KNOW it’s not true. They know they haven’t actually achieved any of the things they say they have. How is that translating to “that feels good”?
“Two-thirds of men also didn’t consider repeated, unsolicited invitations to drinks, dinner or dates to be sexual harassment.”
I’ve been in management in the past, and in an instance like this I’d rather my employees come see me or HR than confronting the person directly. It’s not my employees jobs to put themselves in uncomfortable situations like this, and it’s MY job to ensure my employees work in an accepting, harassment-free environment.
That user has been KILLING it lately in the troll game!
I would hope it would be along the lines of “Oh yeah just looking at the kind of porn I like OH NO that’s someone I know! Good thing I have their email address, time to send an anonymous email giving them a heads up.”
“for which I have already checked Fandango to buy tickets because I’ve never seen anyone smoke crack”
Or at least call out.
Man, between the Pokemon Go ticket guy, the iPad steering wheel guy, and this guy, BC is having a great time recently driving-wise!
But why male models?
If you’re ever in Vancouver the Commodore has a very similar set-up. While the sound system there is not the best it’s a great venue with usually good energy. They often have great performers and being able to chill up in the balcony and avoid Johnny Shoulder-Bump on the floor is a godsend.
My partner and I as the characters from Up
Luke-warm take: Mazda will never have another rotary powered car again. It’s a waste of R&D money that they’ll be spending on EV / autonomous vehicles, it goes against the drive for fuel efficiency that underpins the Skyactiv ethos, and they just don’t have the resources to develop a low volume halo car.
Fair dinkum, thanks for the reply!
Tom, I’m sure the question has been asked before, but do you ever Pretty Woman any of these dealers? Like, would you ever go back and say “You offered me a 1.5% discount on this S-Class. My client bought it from another dealer in your market that offered 10%. Maybe keep that in mind for next time.”?
It’s totally unacceptable that a device that pulls half a ton of metal through thousands of explosions a minute should EVER break down. What is the world coming to? In my day all you had to do to take care of your vehicle was feed it some hay and periodically change it’s shoes and they lasted 25-30 YEARS.
R.I.P. in peace Avril. You are missed.
A real loud “BRAAP” would work.
