Living all my 21 years in Dubai, the only insane thing ive seen on Dubai's roads was a modified Toyota pickup drifting in the middle of the road, they were arrested on the spot.

It is the speed lane, even the government admits it, though the baffling part is that people STILL tailgate you even after seeing the insanely long line of people trying to get ahead as well (rush hour), its pathetic at times...
