I think Putin really wants our American oil industry to suffer (or die) and is willing to take the shorter term hit. It takes time and a lot of money to restart the industry if we shut it down here in the states.

I was sad that I had forgotten about it and missed it.  Now I will be intentionally missing this week because that is far too difficult.
