This thing looks like a fire truck in a kid’s cartoon where the vehicles are alive/people like Thomas the Tank Engine or Cars.
Does it come fully assembled? That shipping picture makes it appear that way. Can you just charge it up and then drive it off the pallet?

I got terrible looks in my ‘73 Scout II, with straight pipes coming out under the doors, when I needed to get it started and my buddy was sitting in the engine bay shooting starting fluid into my carburetor. Between the noise and the clouds of exhaust fumes I think I wilted several customers kale.
