I have a 2009 Infiniti M35X with adaptive cruise control and it does alright in mild rain. But in heavy rain it loses its shit; fails, makes lots of beeps and shuts down quickly. You can make it use dumb cruise control and that will function fine.

My uploads on QBT never reach over a meg.  I don’t recall ever setting any limits but it’s never been issue for me.  I do agree though that QBT’s bandwidth settings are ideal from a customization standpoint, I wish other programs made it that easy to customize.
