I actually think their ventures do bring them tons of money they just tend to be fads so they fade over time (some much faster than others). They’re brilliant at monetizing themselves and their brand.

It was so helpful because you got to play both sides and thus experience the entire map but in a more consumable batches than the all out insanity of conquest (not having to watch 4 sides all the time lets you relax and learn better I feel).

Even though they suck at launching they are pretty good at constantly working on the game for years to make it polished. I guess I prefer this to a game that comes out of the box pretty polished but never gets any updates to hone it in going forward.
