100% agreed. A degree in “game design” isn’t going to get you in the door because “game designer” isn’t really an actual “thing” other than kind of a catch-all term with little actual meaning.

When it became A Way to Play on the Switch*
Naw, not even pro-birth, or they would be okay with termination of pregnancy where it cannot be delivered such as ectopic pregnancy.
If you aren't gonna do something with as much style and flash as possible, is it worth doing anything?
I’m confused by this. The English VA for Daruk and his ancestor Yunobu were the same person. There’s exactly no evidence of time travel versus him just voicing an older Yunobu or Yunobu’s dad/Daruk's son (who is not present in BotW but nothing confirms him being dead or anything). This is a nothingburger.
Will it? Yes.
That was my thought. Gonna be a lot of anger from a lot of whiny little babies who haven't had to struggle a day in their life.
I’m willing to put down some solid money on someone who is involved with the production of this show being the creator of this “Experience” OR at the very least they found out about it and nudged the kid toward finding it, specifically to manufacture this piece of drama for the show.
Nor do they need to. For every Elden Ring there's a dozen or more great games that can run on basic HP laptops. Stardew Valley, Binding of Isaac, Crosscode, Celeste, Shovel Knight, there's enough great gaming content playable on weak PC hardware to last a person decades, provided they don't care photo realistic…
It isn’t worse, it just has nothing to do with the game being based on NFT/Blockchain or not.
Or a few extra months of crunch
The solution is simple: All bonuses for management and above are tied to if the regular employees have to work more than X hours per day or per week. Your people work too much? You pay for it.
So why is this assumed to be “cut” content and not just intended to be inaccessible to the player? Tons of games use the same backend system to equip players as they do for equipping NPCs because it saves time and money. Most of those games have some kind of gear that isn’t necessarily visible or equippable by the…
Just waiting on the eventual Boundary Break episode showing what is in the room. Probably nothing, might be just a black cube or a random NPC.
I believe they are saying that Gabe is just saying “Yeah gamers aren’t really into NFTs” when most gamers are vehemently against them.
Kotaku Australia is not a part of the GMG union as I understand, as they aren't in the US.
Just... Use your eyes dude.
I won’t dispute most of your comment, but they didn’t say Beck Bennet’s Putin would be more heartfelt, they said it might have been more *honoring* of Ukraine’s current situation than the heartfelt performance + opening was. Which is debatable in itself, but they weren't saying a Putin sketch would be heartfelt.
I mean I guess? But is “extremely small group of people (like 1% of 1% of 1% of 1% of JUST the people who play this series) who sometimes have passionate opinions about one aspect of game design” the same as an entire series being known for being toxic?
That was my question as well. The Souls games actually seem to house pretty reasonable people, until you get on the discussion of difficulty settings.
