I’ve always said Sonic and Mario are essentially yin and yang.

Yeah a good Sonic movie would just be full animation, no live action stuff

That was my thought too. It seemed more like a collection of moments strung together rather than a cohesive plot. Plus the romance was unearned. It was just awkwardness and then they're both super into each other (only saw once do maybe I'm misremembering).

“We go now to Bruno the Dog for his thoughts on EvilPecanPie’s post.”

I feel the same way. I have a lot of trouble putting words on a page when I actually sit to do it and then I remember if schlock like 50 Shades, Twilight, and other junk gets published to huge sales I shouldn't judge my own writing as harshly. It helps a ton.

It would be nice if you could link two accounts for that situation. A setting somewhere that says “this is my other account that I use sometimes”. Of course if you add an account you would need to log into it and verify it is correct.

Yeah I have no idea what MS pays each company but if I had to take a swing at it I would say they take the monthly cost from a user and subtracts whatever money MS gets for being the middleman (let’s call it 30%).

Yeah if anything that makes it worse. It's a lootbox gated by a timer mechanic you can buy boosters on.

Seems like a good compromise would be a menu you can access while in the hub. The hub exists and you can go and do all this stuff manually, but you can also go into the regular menu, navigate to the "hub" option that only appears in the hub areas, and then you can just access shops and character customization and

Yep. Absolutely find and fire the employees, but this is EA’s fault for making an environment that encourages this shit.

Yeah I’m more or less the same way. I suppose everyone is different but spending several hours a day (let’s call it 3.5 per day) across 2 weeks, or just under 50 hours, to not even make it halfway through the first level of a game?

I’m surprised they let you play games at whatever institution your family put you in when they discovered up do this (<3)

Needs to go even further imo. Give me 2 scenes, one dark and one light, and let me see both at once as I adjust.

This is the last one right? I have the other 3 but haven’t gotten around to watching them yet because I knew there would be long delays between each release.

I dunno, this seems like a mistake to me. While I don’t think many people will use it (or even still have their old saves), it seems like it would be better to keep everyone on an even playing field at the start considering it’s been so many years since the original game.

Not entirely sure what you are talking about with PS2 emulation. I’ve been using it just fine for years and years now. Sure it hasn’t supported some less popular games as well as it could but generally I have had no issues with it.

This is pretty cool but I’d really love an RPG with no random battles at all, or at least they are completely optional but you get enough XP to beat the game from just story driven fights following along the main and side quests.

You don’t have to turn on the console for one. If I have to turn on my TV and select the HDMI input, selecting whatever app I want is just as easy, will load faster, I don’t need to grab another controller, and it saves power because I don’t turn on the console or use my controller battery (which is tiny amounts of

Raf probably angst-ed his way into being captured again.

Oh and that’s all fine and good. Nothing wrong with this game as it is. But I feel like you’re also equating an “adventure game” with having to be a long, grindy affair. It definitely doesn’t have to be, you could make a tight, story focused game that gets completed in around 10-12 hours.
