Doomguy. His brutality would be more satisfying on Nazis than on demons.
I think it is important to humanize him, at least in regards to saying: Osama and Hitler and Stalin and whoever were not inhuman monsters. They were flesh and blood real people that lived and laughed and cried and enjoyed things that normal people do. And they STILL did horrible, monstrous, inhuman things.
I’ve also seen stuff about this where people are calling him a hypocrite for demonizing Western culture as evil and the either directly consuming or allowing others in his group to consume the culture deemed as evil by their group. That is my personal favorite take on the situation as it paints his hatred as a lie at…
I’m curious as to how much (if any, I genuinely have no idea how much this would impact size) is due to many Nintendo games having relatively simple models and textures compared to other games that are pushing for photorealism. I’d love to see a comparison of polygon count and texture resolutions for some models from…
1. Who?
I’m actually going to side with Diana. I remember relying on minimap a lot in every GTA I have played (all console ones from 3 onwards) when driving, I would say about 70%. But I never thought that it diminished my experience and I can recall locations from all of them with ease, even up to 16 years later.
Yeah that is kind of the whole point.
Many of them do. I know for a fact Activision used to because I was working there when they stopped doing it at their MN office and I got a buttload of free games they kept in a cabinet that they would give to the people that tried some games. I don’t know if they stopped entirely or just moved it to a different…
I doubt any official or well made one. Trying to get the licensing for a ton of different horror characters would be tough, especially since a lot of them would be hard to balance against each other.
Well really all it is nowadays besides teenage party games is a way to rip off the gullible and people looking for something beyond their normal life because they aren’t happy with real life answers.
Yeah I know. It isn’t my fault, I haven’t played an actual arcade game (other than the T2 cabinet that my uncle owned and had on Free Play) in like 15 years. I’m a bit out of touch.
Thanks Eric, while you’re at it, clicking the notifications of people responding to you no longer takes you directly to the comment. You have to scroll through the entire article again.
Because all those savings are lost in the fact that you often can’t make a modern AAA game with 12 people in 1 year anymore. You now need 12 plus developers, 12 plus modelers/animators, 12 plus texture artists, sound tech, VAs, testers, writers, team leads, localization teams, and dozens more.
Completely unrelated but new articles are usually the best way to get questions answered so here goes: Did they change how the notification icon in the top right corner works? It used to actually tell me the number of notifications I had but now I have to actually tap it and go into that screen.
If Fry has 600 dollars and this game uses the fairly standard 50 cents per play (I know, owner can set price), that means he would get 1200 continues or 300 split 4 ways. If this is going to be a old school arcade type of 4 person brawler then holy shit, it just might be enough to get 4 or 5 levels into before needing…
I mean all sports games are basically the same thing redone with new rosters (the rules for these sports don’t change so how can the games change?) but at least other series are decently polished and are at least trying to do new things with their story mode things.
I mean... Yeah? Most people don’t think about different cultural holidays unless it is part of their culture, the part of the culture of someone close to them, or is part of the culture for a large portion of their local society or that culture is a large influence on their society.
It isn’t worth arguing with people who measure intelligence based on what someone doesn’t know rather than what they do know. Especially considering the pressures of being in the final round of a game show and the fact that people forget common knowledge momentarily all the time.
