Well it will vary from person to person yeah. But also a lot of the people who say that don’t really care if they could do it or not, short of magical powers just giving them the ability to do those things, it is just another way to say it looks cool.

If they can’t hear the horn and they have 2 people coming from them in different vehicles and from two different directions, they probably will get run over by one of those 2 people.
