When I was in Desert Storm, the jar heads would pull out the buckets from the crappers and fill them with diesel fuel. Some poor schmuck would light it and stir it around to get all the bacteria and smell out. Then they would put it back. Maybe someone filled it with diesel and didn't light it and just put it back in
