I have a hard time believing the U.S. Government would just leave a bomb like that just off the coast. Seems like if it was recovered by someone who knew it was there they could reverse engineer it and relay the information to whomever would possibly want to know how to build one.

If they actually made this happen intentionally and planned this years in advance, I would be tempted to buy Call of Duty games again.
