I managed to get a pre-order in for the Majora's Mask New 3DS XL. I did it purely because I've never had any special or limited gaming system. I've always had the vanilla originals or redesigns. I never even got any color variants of the GameBoy or N64. Just the plain originals.

Hell, in two jobs I've worked here in the US, I've still had to deal with damn things from 2010 to now. Commercial auto parts, many customers (auto repair shops) still use fax and sometimes requested invoices be faxed to them. Where I work now has a copy and print center, and there's a fax machine there. You wouldn't

1542 Hours. Honestly thought it'd be longer but when I think about it, most of my Steam games are shooters, not especially long action adventure games and a shit ton of indie games so it kinda makes sense. The visual novels and RPGs are starting to pick up though.

AND I have no restraint. As soon as I saw the Best Buy update, I pre-ordered one through them. Yay! Even more games to add to the list.

Well balls, even in a small Tennessee town they're sold out. Oh well. Just gives me a good excuse to wait then. I have too much on my plate already.

I could be bit of a hipster and play this on my still perfectly functioning PSP-3000...... who am I kidding? If I get it, I'm gonna play it on my PSTV. Maybe my Vita. The PSP is pretty much for games on UMD now.

I wonder if it was intentional or not but Poison is dressed as a male peacock I do believe.

To me there's a perfectly legit reason to hold on to last gen consoles, specifically the PS3. Exclusives, especially JRPGs. They are still coming out and very few JRPGs have made the jump to current gen. Do you remember how long JRPGs kept coming out on PS2? I remember buying one brand new at a GameStop as late as

Ha! I was expecting something like Miata but was pleasantly surprised at the Caterham Classic. Actually if I wasn't expecting this thing to just automatically spit out Miata regardless, I would have figured it was going to throw out something like a Focus/Fiesta ST, Mazdaspeed 3 or some other hot hatch.

I don't want to force her, but I kinda want to do something similar with my niece. I want to introduce her to the NES, SNES and other systems/games but despite her shyness, she appears to be a very active kid so getting her to sit down to play the games might be a challenge. She does kinda veg out a bit if the right

Still the best console start up sound to this day. It's not hooked up at the moment, but I still dig out the original PlayStation every once in while to hear it.

I've already beat it on PS3. I'll probably still buy it. I just wish they'd port the second one too. I haven't played it yet but I have a physical copy for the PSP. I'm tempted to buy the digital one so I can play it on my Vita when I get around to it but I'd really appreciate an HD version on PC or at least PS3.

For a pretty good while I used a DS3 using a similar tool from the same forum, mostly just because I already had a couple of them. Worked flawlessly. I switched to an Xbone controller when the drivers came out mostly just because I wanted to try the controller (I don't have an Xbone or PS4). I ALMOST wanted to go

I just got Vita so now I'm wondering, do I want to get this as well? I love playing games on TVs but I'm wondering how mobile games like this will look on an HDTV. I do have a 720p TV so that helps but still.

I pretty much quit pre-ordering at retail recently, and quit pre-ordering AAA games ages ago (cause what few I get, I get on PC anyway). I do pre-order shit online. I do it for two reasons. 1. It's an actual limited edition with shit I want in it (Tales of Xillia 2 Collector's Edition is a recent example), 2. It's on

There isn't a need to get rid of it yet. There will still be some Japanese games coming out on it for a while I bet. Hell, I bought brand new PS2 JRPGs and the like off the shelf at GameStop in 2010. Granted, one of them was a game that took 5 years to see a North American release (Sakura Wars: So Long My Love) but

Ya know, I actually ordered one from their website about 6 years ago. I don't play it much but it's been the most reliable of my optical based systems next to the original Playstation. Weirdly, it was thanks to that little black cube that I have so damn many PS2 and PS3 games. Didn't know I absolutely loved JRPGs till

Well I just started Resonance of Fate so I imagine I'm gonna be playing it mostly. Though I may break off and try to chip away a bit my PC backlog as well.

Yeah, you're probably right. Might as well save the space on the ole Memory Stick. Plus, it should be a better version in theory. I just hope it's 360/Xbone controller compatible.

It's not the jaggies that make it terrible. It's the fact that PSP does not show games full screen with those cables. I have a 3000 and A/V cables. What's super annoying is that the XMB actually does cover the whole screen but games only cover maybe 60% of the screen. So, still.
