I think it seems amateurish too, I don't understand why there is a black smear on the whole video either like someone discovered the satin filter in Photoshop.

Sony... Wat R U Doin? Sony... Stahp!
Fair play that's amazing. I've thought about doing something similar where I'm from but then I realise I have no time. Btw, you've got some ZBuffer fighting going on at around 51 seconds in the background.
That's the greatest put down I've ever heard.
Yeah but hopefully we'll be getting some "next gen" reflections of volumetric clouds soon, it must be hideously expensive.
Those new screen shots are 2D clouds though not volumetric, it's easy to make a flat image look good.
I didn't read the countless replies to you so I'm sorry if this as already been said but:
I'm with you only if they offer a loyalty/trade in scheme where you send them your old steam machine they send it back updated for a fee. But this is Alienware who are notorious for high prices. So far in the steam machines line up there are very few machines that are priced reasonably and Alienware not being one of…
Very much dislike the fact that as I was reading this, people's comments on certain paragraphs were all in unison that these kinds of attacks were justified. Why is it comment boards continuously seek to disagree with whatever has been said in an article.
But we're getting hoverboards right?... riiight?
CryEngine's animation tools are similar. It uses a timeline, you import a bunch of different animations and then tell the seeker where to go and when. These days it's not much a question of how as a question of who can be bothered to jump through a few extra hoops in the name of quality.
I never experienced that, nor did any of my friends that I play with. I am aware it was an issue though I'm just assuming it was a hardware configuration, driver or compatibility option that they didn't test.
I know right, prices these days are getting ridiculous, are you a UK resident? Inflation over here is getting ridiculous too, all the while paychecks aren't seeing rises. So when EA try and release Battlefield 4 as a full game when it fails to work half the time, for more money than games used to be it's clear why…
Well said, I can't dispute that at all you're right they should have released a functional game. I only hope that in the long run it doesn't dishearten people from buying games developed by DICE in the future, I've loved all of their games up until now haha.
Could go OTT with a finger print device, place your thumb on the back of the fob and swipe it infront of the payment device. If your recognized, good, payment gets taken :D
Do you mean QA is not testing in that first part? Anyway, I agree with your saying that DICE's QA department clearly must have known that it wasn't going to be ready for release, EA should have given them a bit more time. Maybe they should have hired in an extra team to do the QA, maybe they already did I don't know.
One of the DICE employees mentioned this but it's also worth a note, to paraphrase he essentially said:
It's definitely not the worst case of banding by far. I could hardly see this on my IPS panel, panned it over to my TN and it's a little more visible (I assume you have a TN then maybe?). I wouldn't necessarily say this is anything to kick up a fuss about, bear in mind ALL images viewed on the web are in 8bit, so even…
The console itself looks just as half-assed to me. The faces don't meet well, that is to say they don't look like they're part of the same piece of wood, which I thought was the point. It does look pretty though.
I love this sketch :D
