No no, it was even dumber than THAT. They melted down because they felt “the game was pushing a woke agenda by vilifying the Nazi’s”.

I would also add “and piercings” in there too, but I otherwise agree.
Too bad, then don’t charge money for it. THAT was the crime (I mean figuratively and literally) they committed. They charged money for content then turn around and took it away from you. No amount of “but old content is really hard to maintain” will ever justify that. Not to mention it’s a bullshit excuse…
As a middle aged non-Jewish white man I believe I’m more than qualified.....
That’s weird because what I’ve heard is the reason the movie is bad is because they took a 150 minute run time and trimmed it down to less than 90 minutes making everything feel half assed and incomplete.
The hard requirements for a Paladin are no longer “Lawful Good”. You can be a Paladin of an evil God which wouldn’t make sense to be Lawful Good.
It’s been over 20 years since those games came out, believe me that magic has faded back into the ether. The first game has an extremely simplistic story marred by very one dimensional character choices. And the second game’s story is a mess due to time constraints and publisher meddling. The TLS restored patch did…
It wasn’t Peter’s lab, it was Otto’s. Peter was little more than an intern there.
I worry that instead of Cyberpunk being used as a cautionary tale, people will just continue to look at the turn around and continue to release horrible products so they can fix it later.
I mean, in the comics Reed Richards WAS an abusive husband and a villain.
I would say yes. I found having story elements of Control feature so heavily in this game elevated AW2 more than it probably should’ve, to be honest.

And I would argue since you clicked on the link to read the article, you did it to yourself. I know this network of sites has a tendency to put giant unignorable spoilers in the headline or the thumbnail for the article. But this was not one of those times.
This makes sense. There’s been a narrative black cloud hanging over the show from day 1 and it’s always been a question of “when will it happen”? We know what’s going to happen in this final season.
Right? I’m not saying it’s a good idea, but after the reception to how ME 3 ended, it’s a move I can see them doing.

IS it? Multiverse/parallel worlds, I would agree. But time travel in video games isn’t super common.
What if the story involves time travel? It would allow them to reuse Shepard in a new story and completely retcon the original trilogy in one fell swoop.
This is why I don’t like Tali, She never reconciles her people’s attempt at genocide and will absolutely die on the hill of they were in the right.
ARE there any MAGA billionaires out there that still support Trump? He’s been hemorrhaging influential followers after he very publicly tried to rig an election. Sure, he’s got millions of regular lower class (financially and/or intellectually) citizens that support him. But anyone with any real power?
