You're ignoring what happens to the other items in the photo, and also the fact that the exact dress has been identified and it is definitively blue and black...

People have identified which dress it is exactly, available for sale and whatnot... It is 100% blue and black, the white and gold is a color inversion.

If game developers adapt to her suggestions, which will come first - female players jump on the AAA game train in large numbers, or male players dump the publishers who pioneer Anita's 8? If I were CD of a gaming house, I'd worry that these design elements are really core to marketing games to the primary AAA gaming

Ah, thanks for that info. Kind of puts it into a different light.

Does the stream include a voice track with his commentary? If so, he could certainly claim an exclusive right to that (assuming the Riot ToS doesn't claim ownership over that).

How would that make any difference? Starlord isn't re-streaming the Azubu stream, he is getting the feed straight from the source through a supported game interface.

Does Faker's role in the stream amount to a performance? Is his voice part of the stream, and can his use of the game assets (as opposed to the assets themselves) be considered a performance? The little expert of the terms of service quoted above relate only to the IP content created by Riot and the account itself,

Streaming content to which they don't have rights, or where the rights are unsettled, is Twitch's whole business model. Without receiving a legit DMCA, they aren't going to be taking shit down.

Wow, I'm surprised. I thought RPO was really engaging and interesting.

Yup, good book. Wouldn't put it at the top of the list, but its definitely cool. If you want something similar, Tad Williams has a huge series based around a global virtual MMO. Some of it drags a bit, but much if it is really deeply detailed and seriously imaginative.

Just skip 10 and 11. Don't put yourself through that pain.

First Fifteen Lives is a good book, also have that one going. I also recommend "The Martian" by Andy Weir, good book.

I've recently re-read most of the Recluce books by LE Modesitt Jr, and am now reading New Earth by Ben Bova. Next after that... maybe books 10-15 of the Jack Reacher series.

I'm sure they are sorry that their reviews don't sound like momentous political reporting in the Gray Lady. But it's a fucking blog, and the tone is spot on appropriate.

You are betraying your ignorance, "Dr"Gonzo. Doctors of osteopathic medicine in the U.S. learn conventional medicine. There is plenty of evidence that what they learn works just fine. There are bad apples among DOs just like there are among MDs, but that doesn't prove that all DOs are quacks. Perhaps you aren't from

Are you from the UK? It's not the same in the US. Doctors of Osteopathy here are the full equivalent of medical doctors, with the same training and requirements.

You have no idea what you are talking about, or you don't live in the U.S. (where this doctor was trained). Doctors of Osteopathy in the U.S. have exactly the same training and qualifications as M.D.s. (And MDs are also known as allopaths or allopathic physicians, so I call bullshit on your "-path" theory).

In the U.S. at least, MDs and DOs have virtually identical education and clinical training. His board certification is independent of his degree, as was his residency, which means his clinical expertise is the equivalent of the minimum expected of any MD cardiologist.

I don't know. You can't spell "pour" or "archaeologist." That seems a bit clownish.
