The 360 controller doesn't have a battery pack, which is one of it's best features. When it dies, you pop in another set of (hopefully) rechargeable batteries and keep going. When my Dualshock 3 dies, I go find something else to do because the USB cable won't reach my couch.

It genuinely seems like Microsoft is actually listening to consumers and giving them more or less what they want. It just seems like most people are so hung up on the initial bad press that they refuse to change their minds.
