It's all kinda lost on me too, but for whatever reason, "Fantasy Football" is HUGE in this country... that right there is a selling point. People spend tons of money on it already.

Yeah, I don't give a crap about Football either. But that doesn't mean I'm not interested in the Xbox One, in gaming with it... and it certainly doesn't mean I'm upset that Microsoft is going after a larger audience than "just me".

Well, that's just stupid American bias, nothing specific to Xbox or Microsoft. This is clearly designed as a niche marketing to Football Fanatics in the US.

You're kind of an idiot.

No, it caters to all around entertainment junkies AND pure video gamers.

I can't imagine why anyone would be upset by this. We all KNOW it plays games, and will play them well, far better than the current Xbox 360 we all know and love. It's not like it can't be good at that AND good at other things too, right? This isn't a zero sum game here.

You are kind of full of shit.

If you like stuff that makes sense, you can't possibly like Republicans. Nothing they say or do makes any sense at all.

All I want is a nice "Elder Scrolls VI" for next-gen that builds on Skyrim, fixes all the issues and problems (how about eliminating loading screens, and prevent NPCs from talking over each other for starters), and advancing the story, the game-play mechanics, and the visuals.

Upgrade to Windows 8. It includes Windows Defender (a super-set of Microsoft Security Essentials from Win7), and "just works". No thought, no extra software to install and manage, nothing to remember to do. Plus the OS as a whole is far more secure. ESPECIALLY if you browse with the IE Metro browser (which in 8.0

Much of Kinect 1.0's potential went untapped for many reasons... hard-ware limitations being one (gone with Kinect 2.0), and installed base (or lack thereof) being another (again, gone with Kinect 2.0).

Of course, Sony and it's PS4 has played it safe from the beginning, hewing to the status-quo, not really looking forward at all, so really, they have nothing to "about face' FROM, given they've been offering little more than "more of the same" the entire time. If you take no chances, of course you're going to have

I'm with you.

I would totally buy one of these if I could, you know, actually buy one.

I dunno, I never use the charms on the desktop to be honest. Lower-right-corner, right-click, power-menu takes me everywhere I want or need to go, all on the desktop.

SkyDrive is lazy and asynchronous. If the connection drops, it doesn't sync, when it comes back, it syncs, and it's fault tolerant. I'm not sure you'd notice.

Honestly, they could prove this if they simply did one thing:

I didn't think I needed it until I used it. And I still probably don't NEED it (though it's really helped a few times... when I can just grab a file on my home PC from anywhere, if I need to). There's no reliability issue here either. You're dismissing something you haven't even tried, which I just fine weird. I

Um... wow. Okay. I'll bite...

If you see no point to skydrive, then you haven't given it a chance at all.
