Except it's not. IE10 is pretty good.

I like IE10 because it keeps all my favorites and bookmarks in sync across my laptop, desktop, and surface tablet. Without me having to lift a finger to do it. It's nice. Moving your bookmarks from Chrome to IE10 is also pretty trivial.
