Insightful. And MS has said it'll be pushing sales to Best Buy and a few other retail outlets in the new year. Too late for Christmas, though.

You seem to be forgetting that Microsoft Office Home & Student is installed on there. Install that on your iPad and see how much space you have left. Oh wait, you can't!

The "Pro" version comes with a pressure-sensitive digitizing stylus, which reduces the need for a keyboard. The price WITH keyboard is comparable to an ultra-book or MacBook air (which the "Pro" version competes with, given it's a full on computer, not a simplified tablet like an iPad).

I can tell you from experience, it's not stupid. I use it to drag and drop files from my other computers over the network, just as an example. It also has additional options for configuring available that aren't yet "metro-ized", which has proven useful. I don't use the desktop or command line much, but I'm really

Count me as another... I have a SurfaceRT, and I think it's great. Most of my issues are easily solved with software updates (it desperately needs better calendar and mail apps). The main hardware issue I have with the thing is the wonky proprietary power connector. If they can fix that in the next batch (or

And just as the Surface is superior to the iPad, the Zune was superior to the iPod Classic.

I hate hyperbole more than anything else on the entire planet! People who use hyperbole are the absolute worst!

You are categorically wrong, in every way, on every level. There is no excuse for not using the Oxford Comma. It is never wrong, and it never causes confusion, while the lack of it can be either or both. Consistency and correctness demand its use.

Amen, Amen, Amen!

There is no option. Oxford commas are required. Period. Anyone who leaves it out is an idiot. YES, I WENT THERE!

My grammar pet peeve is people who say "less" when they should say "fewer". It's the "10 items or fewer" line at the grocery store, dammit.

You make valid points.

It's why I love the Nokia 920... finally, a phone that isn't "too small" :-)

I'd say the Nokia 920 trumps the Apple iPhone hardware in a number of ways: Vastly superior camera; a brighter, sharper, faster display, better speakers, more rugged build (I was always terrified I'd drop the iPhone and break it... with the 920, I'm only a little afraid of the damage to the floor if I should drop it

Not all colors of the 920 are "glossy" (i.e. Yellow = glossy, Black = matte). And I like the size (I have larger hands).

It has the best screen/display (fastest, brightest, sharpest), the best camera, and a really solid, efficient, and original OS. Great speakers, solid services... it's a top of the line phone, and it's selling well. And yeah, it has great potential as well, if the apps come (but face it, most of the apps are already

The camera is truly stunning. And the screen is buttery smooth (in all senses of the word), bright and vibrant, with a higher resolution than the iPhone 4's retina screen. And the OS is solid, usable, fast, and efficient.

The "heft" of the Nokia 920 is grossly exaggerated by this site. I swear.

Agreed. I bought the 920, and the camera is awesome. No matter how much Nokia's marketing arm screwed things up, the hardware folks got it right.
