Heh, I’m primarily talking about the C-cells which don’t appear to have any metal at all. And which are $5 more than the D-cell spacers.

I don’t understand why Eneloop spacers are basically never on sale. They’re basically just molded plastic shells being sold for around $20. The markup compared to manufacturing costs has to be enormous.

No, I’ve gotten a couple on Origin. But Origin is a hassle— its updates are more obtrusive than Steam’s and it’s constantly forgetting login info (especially after an update). I also don’t like having my library split across multiple services.

I miss new EA products being available on Steam. They backed too many good projects for me to consider boycotting them back in the day, but their boycott of Steam has made it hard enough for me to get their games on PC that I generally don’t bother.

3840 x 2160, 2560 x 1440, and in a pinch, 1920 x 1080

After I noticed he never comes back up, I tried my damnedest to keep from knocking him into the river. I failed every time.

Very interesting choices in your ranking. I’d probably have Asylum as #1 (best translation of Metroidvania mechanics to 3rd person game), Knight as #3, and Origins as #4. But Knight and Origins could swap places depending on mood or cardinal orientation.

Well, I didn’t like the way it was executed in Arkham Knight because I didn’t think it would be believable— it’s televised and occurs almost immediately after his identity is revealed. Dark Knight Rises at least sells his apparent death to viewers and characters alike. You’re right, though, the way it goes down in the

I agree with you on Batman. I was lucky enough for it to work nearly flawlessly (had to turn off some of the nvidia effects, but that’s it) on my computer and I had a blast playing it. Riddler stuff was a lot of fun, though I was disappointed that there wasn’t more Catwoman gameplay. Loved almost everything about the

It’s really hard to get it for yourself if you’re not inside the recommended age range. Your physician may be happy to recommend it to you even if you probably have been exposed to HPV, but very frequently their offices don’t actually have doses on hand. Pretty much anyone who isn’t a doctor is a slave to the approved

It also lets you dim it, though I wouldn’t mind an even dimmer option or two.

I still haven’t pulled that one off, and I’m white. This sounds like one of those cultural universals. More power to you, bookman.

Any contest that has A Link to the Past losing out to Ocarina of Time as the best Zelda game has serious validity problems anyway.

That right there is symptomatic of you being spoiled by very prepared GMs.

A tad disappointed to not see Noragami, Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans, Sakurako’s Investigations, or Subete ga F ni Naru on the list. The last two are way better than they have any right to be, and Noragami has been hitting all the right notes since its first episode (Gundam: IBO is the best Gundam in a long time,

One of the things I constantly think when watching ... IBO... is that it would be a great sci-fi show even without the Gundam brand.

About that Track-IR 5— I’m seriously thinking about getting one in the next year or so in spite of the onset of commercial availability of VR headsets. Do you see a place for your Track-IR in your gaming after getting a headset?

It’s odd that they forgot to include h265 support on the PS4’s media player, considering that the PS3 supports it just fine (although like most higher-resolution files the PS3 sucks at timeshifting with h265).

I think VR will persist as an option for consuming entertainment, but I think you’re right in that it’s not going to supplant other display forms. It’s too cumbersome and specialized to immediately take over the display space.

Not sure where you’re seeing a juji jime, or a choke, much less. Closest it gets to is hadaka jime, but still, she’s not really doing a strangle.
