I wasn't going to comment because I don't want to comment just to criticize— until I saw your post. I also don't really understand the hype behind this. While it's pretty, every time I see a trailer for No Man's Sky I just can't shake the feeling that there's a whole lot of places to go and a whole lot of things to

It'd be great if she actually has her own AI with her own interests, so if you don't remind her what you want her to do she might decide to do her own thing, like a real horse...

The biggest problem I have with most of these sidequests (both the non-filler and the filler) is the lack of denouement. For example, in the Hinterlands, there are several quests where you learn about some kind of family/relationship drama (brothers on opposite sides of the rebellion, missing lovers, a missing

I'm not sure if you're implying that gravity is still causing a rotation by applying greater force to the heavier side of the Xbox or not. If you aren't, I hope you don't mind a more detailed discussion here; if you are, here's a more detailed discussion to perhaps dispel some reasonable misconceptions:

Er, the reason it was rotating is due to the way it was dropped, not its design. It's not like the heavier end drops faster than the lighter end.

It also looked like it was under rotation, so that would have caused the initial impact to disperse energy a bit more safely, too.

Method for this study is flawed. They shouldn't have dropped them at the same time like that— the result is that the two consoles had very different falls because the Xbox was rotating while the PS4 was not.

Shhhh! He doesn't need to know!

Call it a visual novel and stop being pointlessly pedantic, then.

Adding my voice: Thank you for this video, Leo!

Quality over quantity, amirite?

Yeah, Cross Ange has... so many problems with it, but somehow it's managing to hold my attention in spite of the fact that gratuitous, deliberate, and unnecessary fanservice is one of my biggest pet peeves in anime. (Then again, when is fanservice ever really necessary?)

I honestly can't believe I'm saying this, but currently Cross Ange has a tighter hold on staying in my circulation than Vanadis does. Unfortunately Vanadis suffers from having an amazing first episode followed by much weaker followup episodes.

In this construction the modifier is acting upon the VERB, so it should be an adverb.

*whispers as quietly as possible* If only Assassin's Creed III had played as well as the art looked.

Yeah, that's a real shame. There's absolutely NOTHING quite like canoeing down a tranquil river or lake, swinging around branches and other hazards. If they could have captured that feeling, I'd have forgiven that game damn near anything. Except some of those full sync objectives. Those were beyond all forgiveness.

I, uh, didn't see Luke insulting Patricia there. He insulted the theory, sure, but that's not the same as insulting Patricia. If there were some kind of commutative property of insults, you wouldn't be able to like ANYONE because there would always be something they like that you don't. Can't get through life like

Most of your responses in this thread support the idea of the 'boys club.' And criticism comes with the field if you want games to be art. She doesn't have to make games to have opinions about them. If you don't agree with them, that's fine, but I've never seen her going hell and brimstone against the industry.
