You're absolutely right. We should be sending a photocopy of the Declaration of Independence to our own government and various other institutions around the country.
I don't think that's how mummification works...
There also is no Received Pronunciation accent in medieval times. During what we call the "Middle Ages," English was in a state of dramatic change, going from the final stages of Old English through Middle English and finally into Early Modern English by the middle of the 16th century.
In fact, the reverse of the common belief is closer to the truth— there are a number of archaic features that are preserved in the American dialects that have gone out of use. The 'r' used in most American dialects is one such feature, having gone out of use sometime around the late 1700s.
Been doing that since he checked out the Loremaster's skillset in LotRO. He was OK with the fire-toss skill, but the lightning and the summoned, incorporeal Ents crushing things was just too far.
Are you counting D-pads in your assessment of the number of buttons on controllers? Because without doing that, neither the Dualshock 3 or the 360 controller have more than 12 buttons (and even that is a liberal count, accepting the shoulder triggers and analog sticks as buttons).
During a peculiarly cynical period in junior/senior year of high school, I had realized that our futures were pretty much defined by numbers— ACT/SAT scores, GPAs, etc. So I started imagining lists of numbers hanging over everyone's heads.
I had a similar experience, except I was paralyzed with inaction, unable to find any red doors or pipes.
She's adorable enough that she can sleep as much as she damn well pleases.
Thanks for the interesting link!
Reread my comment. I was saying it made more sense to be able to take out the bosses like this than it does being forced into a drawn out firefight that often doesn't match your playstyle.
Was that a hyberboleandahalf nod at the end?
Yeah, when 1 out of 10 stores you go to suddenly have absolutely nothing in stock the moment you step through the door, that's racism.
The second group may be wearing hakama (which is a common part of the uniform in aikido, but by no means is limited to aikido), but they're not doing aikido.
The original AC was fine. People get all bothered that the mini-missions feel repetitive. This despite the fact that the mini-missions are largely optional and, really, not any worse than much of what people happily do in other games.
And yet, this "bug" makes more sense than any of the intended outcomes of the fight? You know something's terribly, terribly wrong there.
Well, aside from the fact that I believe I did some killing during the tutorial, I deposited one of my unconscious victims in the elevator in the Heng Sha apartment. He was alive when I put him in, but when I came back in a few minutes... he was dead.
I saved Malik with only non-lethal weapons. It was easily the most fun sequence in the game— the trick is to gas the heavies and EMP the robot before they can do any real hurt to the chopper.
I'm referring to the robotic arms going all buzz-saw on you.
