@Mit: I know where you're coming from, but there isn't really enough info about any of the 3DS games to make any meaningful judgments about them.

I like the sammich you're describing here, Lisa.

The Ocarina of Time trailer is a linguistic travesty... "Or willst thou suck?"

@Gambit09: I approve this message for its educational and cultural value.

@dandank: hear hear! preach on, amen brother hallelujah!

@fELIXADER: I know, I was hoping the comment tree would automagically promote your comment, but I guess we'd have needed a starred commenter commenting for that to work.

@DarkNessbear: doesn't she ever? Not that I would promote the delinquency of a minor! Nooooo.

@davedave: If you pay attention to the contrast between how well the system tracks the two men and how well it tracks Miranda, you can see very clearly that it is specifically having problems with her.

@fELIXADER: @razerangel: If the software can't reconcile the images, it's going to have problems no matter how many cameras it uses.

ER. Hello? It doesn't work because Miranda's wearing a dress with reflective sequins all over it.

@Ungruntled: It actually looks alarmingly similar to NES carts, actually. Except it's about 1/20th the size.

@Kellen Dunkelberger: I believe she's a river sprite. Immortal, but tied to the river (withywindle?) that runs through the forest.

@Kellen Dunkelberger: Tom Bombadil is something different. Tolkien never explicitly elaborates on what he actually is...

@jesse.larson: To clarify for people who aren't familiar with the intricacies of Middle Earth lore, Maiar are like a lower class of angel. The wizards (Gandalf, Saruman, Radagast, and a few others) are Maiar, but they're also called the Istari.

Apparently this game also features something that Tolkien's books did NOT feature much if any of: overt displays of magic, especially by humans.

@natedogXVI: The more badass powerful the limbs, the less real they look, I believe. Droid limbs and suchwhat.

@AngerOfTheLands: *patpat* we can learn you some sarcasm later, there's time. Maybe we'll even get to do irony!

@CloserDivision: Might I point out that the Antarctic Desert offers the alternative of a WHITE desert?

@Arkain: There's Gears of War lore? I just made that up while I was playing through the game with a buddy to explain how they met in the first place.

@Demonbird: Obviously because squeezing stories into an already stuffed canon requires exciting new characters, characters that must be made to be at once better than and different from the originals!
