The biggest, if not only, thing that turns people away is the name. The show really isn't the misconceptions people think of it. Sure it is what it is, but like another cartoon said: "More than meets the eye". Its the things you can't see in a screen shot that make the show pretty good.

I hope its modeled after Mercs 1 and not the second, for the obvious reasons. Serious mercenaries would be kind of cool and distinguish it a bit better than Just Cause.

In all honesty, this looks like the same old engine Oblivion used not some new "Creation" engine. There are far too many similarities with it to say otherwise.

I must be a bad person. The only thing I could think of watching that was how horrible I thought that water looked, how dull the color looked, poor terrain modeling, generic textures, etc, etc.

So basically meld the story of Halo with the style of Battlestar Galactica and you get a gritty space opera about fighting for the survival of the human race. I could be down for that.

This looks too much like Oblivion to make me believe its a "brand new engine". It looks simply like an upgraded version of Oblivion, and I was almost hoping for something more. It'll be a grand, adventurous time but . . .

If they do buy Hulu I would expect that this has to do with expanding Youtube. Hulu will merge into Youtube with a purchase. Google has already made comments about building up Youtube into something more than just user uploaded videos.
