Rapture is being built exactly where I expected it to be. Or at least is being planned to be built.
@enDyne: Maybe in the first run through, but after playing for a long time and having several mods loaded in I stopped wearing power armor.
@interkin3tic: If its built off the same engine as Fallout 3, most PCs should be able to handle it. I know my laptop thats a year old can run it quite well.
