2 Fast 2 Furious. The bridge scene was pretty cool and for the most part all that I remember about the film, other than that to me this was the movie when they started getting away from the tuner scene and just more about the heist. I knew it once I saw them pull the covers off that purple eclipse convertible.

Maybe I dont understand the maths? Can someone please explain? If Toyota currently does not see the market for sports cars and need to team up with Subaru and BMW to build them where are they now finding the case for these cars? Or is it like the article mentioned like Lotus and vaporware? Unless the new “supra” will

Side and rear nice and classic:

Awhile ago I was looking into these as there were still cheap back then for a Bentley and I found out that lots of them had these “holes” near the rear pillar of the convertible top. Found out that its a common issue and that due to the design the straps tend to break. Here is an article I found about it:

I agree a lot of people look at cars as appliances. They want something reliable and has good gas mileage and if it looks good to them too thats more of a plus/bonus. However I also think a lot of car people like us see these features too as our dailys. Some days I dont want a sporty drive in a miata I just want to

I think it looks too much like all the other Lexes-us?/Lexi?/Lexus’s?/Lexuses? with the grill and the tail lights. The brand has become too diluted with so many similar looking (for the non car person) grills and tail lights and even side shape. I think they need a name change and a design tweak similar to what

Monster Miata. Looks like a Miata. But is Fast(er).

I think this company is cool. Dont know if they will ever make it here to the US though. Amazon I THINK is investing in them.

Quick question. For the livery on the car does anyone know what the 4 yellow curved lines are?  I googled the 555 brand and didnt see it as theirs? Is it an old logo or something? Just something I always wondered about. It kind of looks like a Sirius radio logo?

Makes sense to me. BMW and Mercedes realized this in some way too. They are transitioning from hard top convertibles back to fabric soft tops for the same reason, to reduce weight. Technically these cars are replacing a solid roof for a fabric one. Also didnt BMW do something similar with this concept car:

Wow ok.... Yes I drive a 240. I have no idea why you read into that so much, honestly that was not my intention. To clarify you made valid points about how the last generation Celica was FWD and due to this had bad name recognition and that the sporty aspects related with the brand moved on to the Supra which this is

Wow ok. I dont know if I deserved that...I have no idea how agreeing with your perspective and having my mind changed is trolling you. I dont think the issue is with me but with you and not being able to accept that you actually was able to convince someone of your point. I guess someone being genuine is offensive to

Sorry my bad -Yes I drive a 240- You are correct. This is the right supra. It should not be called a Celica. I am sorry if I offended you.

Thank You for the feedback -Yes I drive a 240.- For the time the MK3 Supra was a heavy car almost like a Japanese muscle car an no where like a sports car like the the NSX or RX7 at the time. I would say it was a mix between the 1st gen NSX and 3000GT. Sporty yet heavy. I do think its ok to tweak the format as well, I

For me the new Supra feels too much like a pure “sports car” (maybe because its based on a roadster) and not so much like the last gen where it was more like a large (for the time) GT/Grand Touring car. It is like they tried to make the new Supra into a pure sports car when the last two previous gens were more like

Yes I am also getting some Nissan Leaf vibes from it as well. Maybe that area bellow the C pillar and the sides a bit?

Forgot to mention it also had its suspension tuned by Lotus.

90's Isuzu Impulse AWD Turbo. Even when new most people didnt know this car existed, yet for the 90s it was a AWD Turbo with 160HP, comparable to the Preludes and Integras at the time but with AWD.

Sorry if I offended you RustyBolts, from your comment I understand that I was stating the obvious to you? I did not mean to offend you with it as that was not my intention. I was just trying to say that for me the range is the only issue. My thinking was that others may not like/take issue with it for the looks or the
