I said the Tesla Fanboys they chime in anything car related thinking the Tesla will be better. Mazdarati its a Joke.

The Tesla fanboys be like... Ummph only 331 MPH. Hold my White Claw. LOL

Does the new mustang have this? I think this is a great idea esp if you accidentally lock your keys in your car or want to go to the beach or something. Anyone who has those realtor “lock boxes” on their car could find this very helpful and useful I think. Almost like a locker.

For a run-about car I am considering a used 500e (1st gen) or a BMW i3 (probably with the gas range extender) Concerns for me (other then the obvious battery degradation) is parts (and cost of parts) when things break and cost of repair. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Can they make this instead? Or is it too much of a concept?

I think it looks SO MUCH better with that lower grille added. It just ties it together so much more. If this is the future design for Acura it might make me actually consider them again.

There was always something that confused me development and cost wise about Toyota that hopefully someone here can explain.

I always thought the 4th generation (I think) Preludes dash was perfect for something like this.

Serious question because we have been considering a 2 door wrangler JK for awhile as a weekend car. After my ex owning a Chrysler 300 a friend/neighbor owning a Fiat500 and my own family having a dodge durango a few years ago and hearing and having nothing but problems and expensive repairs with them after 30K miles.

The Knight Rider Mustang was as if Transformers meet Knight Rider. More than meets the eye!

Whoa Margin Of Error...Harsh... I get your point and I am sorry that I offended you. I just asked if it “helped” bring it on since at one point I know BMW spent a lot of R and D on developing the i3 and i8 and then from what I understand pretty much abandoned both. I am NOT saying (re-reading what I wrote above to see

Was the i3 a flop that helped bring this on? I kind of like it due it being a bit quirky and practical, plus the interior is kind of minimalist/modern which I like, however most everyone (and I mean everyone) I talk to about it hates the way it looks. One friend(girl) I was driving with one day even pointed one out on

Military experts can you clarify/confirm this for me please:

Even as a car guy if I saw one of these with the badges swapped I dont think I would look twice. Unless someone told me something was up with them.

50th State in the nation on an island in the middle of the pacific always feels like the forgotten child.

I am really loving this new design and front end. I have no idea how the Acura “Beak” stuck around for so long? Why that thing was not revised after a year I have no idea. Then they started adding it to their other cars as well!?! Were people actually liking the beak design enough for it to stick around for so long?

Thank You for the support on my comment and refining the reasoning behind an electric miata feather-throttle-not-hair. People like you in this community is why I LOVE Jalopnik and keep coming back.

Mazda does make beautiful cars. I really think an electric Miata would sell like crazy if they can price it under 30K and make it have a range of 200 miles or so. I mean they put so much money into Wankel which is FAR more complex to fix/troubleshoot/refine the sealing issues. Compared to that an Electric Miata should
