Impressive, but other than to show the limits of speed for cars why would anyone ever need such a car or even go this quickly realistically. The way I see Bugatti’s are just rich people trying to one up each other.

I am a car enthusiast (NA Miata, Audi B5, E46 BMW) But I think Nissan is thinking ahead with the leaf. They need a mass market car and realized there was a market for a lower priced fully electric car, took a risk and from what I understand the Nissan Leaf is the best selling electric car today. I am all for sports…
Other than safety (bumper heights, crash protection) can anyone tell me why these dont make it into production? If not for mass market it seems like even if they made 5 or 100 of them and priced them each at 1.5 million rich people would buy them.
uggg these random car drag races always bring up flashbacks for me. FU WHITE ZOMBIE!!
You can get either one of these new in your budget and at the rate they are selling now they might be increasing in value soon. (For the record the spider is NOT a miata, does NOT have a Miata engine or body work, just interior and platform, they are VERY different cars.)
Needs to retro-fit more WING
Disney does know what they are doing. Look at the great job they are doing with the Star Wars franchise. ;)
I remember seeing this back in June. Glad they got it all together:
I REALLY want an electric version of this.
From my understanding whales are highly intelligent and social creatures (as the article states) Do you think this could be the equivalent to some type of whale “cult” where the lead whale may have suicidal tendencies and decides that the entire group should perish with him/her?
Can someone who knows about unions and corporate America and how this works explain this to me please? I do not understand how if a business no longer sees a plant as profitable and no longer needs the manufacturing is still be responsible at keeping it open at a loss? What am I missing here?
Wish it was that easy. Even if you are the most defensive driver nothing is going to stop someone from running a red light or swerving into you.
To me its about safety. I am all for classic cars and love the way they look, drive and sound, but would hate to be in an accident in a classic 356 both financially and physically.
Which to be begs the question. How did a startup like Tesla produce a car that is in such high demand (Model 3) in just 15 years? Is it the innovator/entrepreneur and not the corporate machine that drives a company to success?
Top down in the early summer dawn on a cloudless day. Driving down the PCH in a BRG miata with tan interior and BBS wheels.
Fell in Love with the cabrio after this:
Question: One of my dreams is to drive cross country. Knowing that some areas of the country have snow (mountain areas etc) and I wont have easy access to change to winter tires is there another alternative or solution?
UGGGG Why do you tease us so much with the Jimny articles!??!? I want one so bad but we cant get them here in the states. Is there any plan to have them here in the US? I think we still have Suzuki motorcyle, marine and ATV dealers right? Cant Suzuki just sell this through them?
I like it! But they nose grill design thing is funky looking. Its like the lexus grill but throwing up because its wide.
Thanks for the response dogisbadob. Can you have all-season tires and then for the more north areas just use snow chains?
