I am really thinking based on the curb weight and HP that this very similar to the NA Miata which is 2150lbs curb weight and 116HP. And if this is SMART is 1,984lbs and 89HP that is very close. Maybe this is why it seems somewhat fun to drive.

I was one of these on the road last month. MOVING!!! Yes MOVING!! No seriously it stopped at a red light and then when the light turned green it moved across the intersection on its own power and then down the road. It was Amazing I tell you Amazing!
