Was strongly considering one of these, futuristic star trek looks, AWD. Some even came with a huge dual sunroof. Problem was that the automatic transmissions on these things would go bad and be expensive to fix. Not sure about the 5 speeds but I have only seen automatic ones for sale.

I know its an odd design from the early Impulses. It started off as just fixed but evolved to these weird half popup headlights. The top half actually popped up to expose the whole light at night.
