Not many people agree with you on the "smooth" look because this car (bellow) was a huge failure based upon estimates it HOPED to sell. Its failure pinned mainly upon its looks. (Was to compete with Mercedes SL class, was outsold by a huge margin, never really updated (rear LEDs, new front end + headlights and then

Do you know if submarines are affected as badly in storms? Or can they just dive deep enough to avoid them?

Was that an E500? I LOVE that car.

Ya knew some people would get nitpicky about that thats why I used the words "somewhat". Although if it does have aerodynamic surfaces to fly in the first place technically most planes can still glide maybe in the Phantoms case just not very far.

No matter how much I see the proof that the Ospreys are now "reliable" they are just to complicated for me to trust. The main control surfaces and engines are on a part that moves constantly giving it no "backup" in case of failure. At least with a plane you can somewhat glide if an engine fails or in a helicopter you

For a 2015 car that navigation screen is so tiny. I hope it has a heads up display or something. Just feels dated overall for some reason.

Odd I saw one of these the other day. Mistook it for a Civic until I noticed the Koup badging and realized it was a Kia. The logo on it was even this stylized "K" rear emblem.

Wow Thank You for such a thorough response. I have been looking at newer ones (I really want to get the later years with the projector headlight). But there are so many conflicting "best years to get" R129's even on the Mercedes forums. Most seem to agree the newer ones are better with the more updated "smoother"

So its better to get a 97 and up SL500?

So many conflicting answers. So its better to get a 1997 and up R129?

So its better to get a PRE 1996 R29?

Thanks for the replies guys. I am even more confused now LOL. SO many conflicting answers. So is it better to get a R129 AFTER 1997 or BEFORE 1997? Which is the most reliable year to get that wont have the wiring harness degrading issue and other issues?

Question: Aren't these the ones with the bio-degrading wiring harnesses that deteriorate and cause all sorts of electrical faults? Or was it the generation before these? If so how easy of a fix was this? These are getting pretty cheap and tempting.

Serious question(s). Will these manned fighter jets be obsolete soon due to the advancement of drones that can take more g-forces and are not limited by human in cockpit endurance? Why do we need manned aircraft? Are drones able to "dogfight" or will they need to to be able to?

Looks a little like a Elise with a body kit.

Serious Question. It has been awhile since I have seen a dashboard cover on a car. Have they gone out of style like sheepskin seat covers in the 70s and 80s? Do you still see dashboard covers around?

Is the Audi TT just a reskinned VW Golf? Or is that just folklore?

Its not the paint quality per say, just something about the body panel design shape or something. They just do not seemed as refined. Take a 2010 Cadillac and put it beside a 2010 Mercedes of the same class and category, for some reason the Mercedes has a more timeless look and a richer feel just from the outside.

Is it me or is there something about American car body panels and paint that make them feel less expensive compared to the Germans and Japanese? I cant put my finger on it but cars like Cadillac the Corvette and even some Fords just seem "cheap". I do not know if it is the shape of the body panels or the paint, its

Looks like Sony could do it and is prepared to if a major streaming distributor or service like itunes picks it up:
