Have you not heard of trickle down design and technology? This is just an exaggerated LFA front. Note the Triangle lower intakes and slim headlights that cut into the hood.

Question for those familiar with these. In the engine photo I see the intercooler (for the supercharger) on the top of the motor and then there is a intake/vent right behind the passenger side door. What is this vent for and why is it only on one side of the car? Is that where the radiator is?

Thats like asking "why do people drive for fun" or "why do people drag race". Its all priorities and perspective.

I think the battery is one of the issues with these. If they had an "expansion" battery with a long cord that connected to the back of the glasses and something you can comfortably fit in your pocket I can see more people seeing them as an option. You do not always have to have the cord but for a long day it can be

Thanks for the detailed breakdown Superfudge! I am/was highly considering one for my daily driver but now i'm rethinking it. The Abarth starts at around 23K and for that money there are so many other options out there, plus the soft top/cabrio one appealed to me more and that one starts at 26Kish I think. Did you

That not all Automatic Transmissions are bad. New modern transmissions can shift faster than any human could and are a REALISTIC compromise between commuting/traffic needs and sporty driving. Sure you get more of a "connection" and control with a manual but modern automatics and technology is catching up in regards

How do you like the Abarth on the freeway? I heard the ride is harsh on your spine for anything longer than a 1/2 hour of highway/freeway driving. Do you have the soft top one? How are the blind spots? Any pros and cons to the Abarth?

From what I understand the new generation 26 and under have no idea on how to drive stick. Are you sure the majority of your demographic represents this?

First hand experience here, owned new 2011 Mercedes. Its not the fact so much it depreciates, but things fall apart like plastics melting and get gooey (around air con vents and door panels), plastics breaking by center console, with regular Mercedes service still check engine lights coming on etc. I mean its the same

Anyone have any first hand experience on how the convertible versions of these are?

The A10 is one of the most durable planes we have. When all the electronics and gadgets become obsolete and burn out the A10 will still be flying. To me the mindset of it is akin to Russia and their Migs, build something strong, easy to maintain and reliable and arm it to the teeth. The A10 can fly low and slow and

Both the robot that turns into a gun and the Juggernaut with the hammer seem like a heavy class to me. True they do have multiple styles and I am sure it will be more dynamic in that sense compared to TF2 but when I first saw the game play all I kept thinking was TF2, even the way the medics heal with the beam of

I was thinking that too basically TF2 but with more units. Even the Egypt map looks like a TF2 map. They have a guy like an engie, a heavy and even a medic.

Doug you're missing the point of the LFA. It was not designed as a "Halo" car but a study in what LEXUS/Toyota can do as a company. They developed a special carbon fiber loom to weave the body panels, new faster display readouts, a higher revving engine etc. The LFA is a proof of concept to trickle down to the rest

For the Evo on the tow truck. Is the middle section of the wing adjustable stock? Or is it made in 3 pieces? I always thought stock they were one solid piece, but in the video and pic it looks like the middle section just fell out cleanly.

In Hawaii. For premium $3.95 t0 $4.04 on Oahu on the neighbor island it is slightly higher.

Was that a M3 or regular 3 series? Hard to tell.

This one.

How much of this do you think is also due to liability? Do you think there are automotive corporate lawyers out there who put red flags up over anything semi dangerous in fear of something like a Corvair incident? Do you feel mid engine cars can lose control as quickly as full rear engine cars with all the traction

Yes and the exposure for the "no armored" version of the new wagons is the same. Plus if they cant get over something they can just lift them over it or tip them back over. Less is more in this case I think.
