I'm really going to miss Agent Carter when it's gone and I desperately hope for a second season. It's been a real breath of fresh air: a period action/drama with a modern storytelling twist. Obviously, I haven't the foggiest how it's going to end, but I've got no doubt that the series (hopefully season) finale next

My grand theory involves Wells being Flash/Barry from the future, and there being 2 Reverse-Flashes: Eddie from the future and Wells impersonating Reverse-Flash in the present. Wells/Flash goes back in time to stop his mother from being killed by Eddie/Reverse-Flash, and fails miserably. Something happens during the

Oh, I liked that. Poking little holes in the 4th wall. Flash has always been the fun superhero show. Arrow, dark, gritty, "realistic" villains; Flash, bright, colorful, over the top meta-human villains who are seemingly trope aware. All though Arrow did have those Arrowcave/Arrowcycle/Arrowmobile jokes.

I don't know man...I think you're just weird if you don't like The Flash. Yeah there are some corny scenes/lines, but what family show doesn't have that shit?

I'm wondering if the reappearance of the Gorgon in the plot means that Abbie is going to get herself turned to stone in 1781 - as in that's not her identical 'ancestor' in that cave, it's her - and then unfrozen in the present a few days after she's disappeared.

What they should be doing is offering free scholarships for female middle eastern citizens. Give it a decade or so. That will push the needle forward a bit.

yeah, sure, if you treat "climate change" as a concept and not as direct effects on living creatures, habitats, infrastructures, etc. Sorry to be biocentric here but something can easily be classed as "bad" if it causes harm, distress, impairs flourishing, etc to something that already has to compete with every living

Ahh yes, victim blaming. Why not?

That'd be a real shame.

Not everything is about you. Your value system is not the be all, end all. Welcome to America.

Chris Pratt having a pack of raptors is the greatest idea ever and no one will convince me otherwise.

I was part of the VR movement in the '90s; I created and taught a VR course at my Community College, and introduced VR to the R&D company I worked for. It failed because of hardware limitations; processors just weren't fast enough, we didn't have enough memory and storage, and most importantly the head-mounted

I like the new look. The first movies with Jessica Alba were completely terrible. It really needed a push to get things to a better place.

Now playing

I saw it another example of the changes to Marty's family pictures in the first movie. It doesn't change immediately when Lorraine accidentally falls for Marty instead of George, it slowly changes.

The only person making an issue is you.

You know what doesn't bother me in the least? Remaking Ghostbusters with female actors.

Honestly shocked at all the Ghostbusters hate. Great director, great cast, mercifully free of Akroyd (present-day, crystal skull-obsessed completely off his meds Akroyd, that is). I understand getting mad at some remakes, but it's not like this one is going to supplant the original.

Melissa McCarthy is in it, so it would be an affront to my dignity to see it.

Marvel Studios is giving us the colorful nearly-faithful adaptations of super heroes, Fox is going for the more sci-fi look and feel. I'm okay with that. The Fantastic Four has always been very science-y, and this movie is going to play that up. It wouldn't be any better or worse if they were wearing bright blue

Yeah....
