Agreed! I rarely answer my cell phone unless its someone I WANT to talk to or its a call I'm expecting. The cell is almost always on vibrate and used on a regular basis for outbound calls.

Our ambulances use them here in Montreal, very effective!

@Canoehead: Cisco Webex can use the camera for live meetings, the current version for the iPhone 4 allows you to switch between front and rear camera feeds depending on the need. Having this capability on the iPad would be great for business meetings.
