it all depends on the state of the economy, lots of people earning pay more tax, less benefits given out, more money can go on healthcare. and its then up to the hospitals to use their budget to treat all patients, with the most effective drugs going to the more serious patients and so on

this is just a generated example but basically the effectiveness doesnt warrant the increased cost of the better meds.
its all an example of how the system works, its only based on my own information which i have gathered myself, and this is all valuable experience for referrencing during my uni work :)

The only thing that isnt covered by the NHS (free-health service) is non- essential forms of medicine, such as over the counter meds, dentists, plastic surgery etc...

you can go private which means faster wait times, better surgeons, nicer rooms and…

btw when you start the game have the 3ds AR card to hand... it's much better if you have it for proper alignment :)

i've played it since its out in europe atm, although i've been made to wait to have a proper go, but it is really good, i personally dont like 2 of the character designs but that is not anything wrong with the game :)

I agree that Disgaea 3 was a low point for the series, but for everything that Disgaea 3 lacks, it more than makes up for in Disgaea 4.
If you havent tried Disgaea 4 go and try it out, its a brilliant game in the Disgaea series, and it has HD sprites, the comedy is back up to standard and the gameplay is a lot better.

personally i find that TDM can be tactical with the right team... for instance, my reguar team for BO2 includes me & my friend (who's a girl) and her father and her father's friends. now to be fair they are all fairly competent players, but its usually me and my friend who hold the top places with a fair kill gap…

i personally like sully, no idea why i just do ^^

i think you should cover european stuff as well, i mean certain games aren't released in europe others are :/
this usually leads me to search for a game as to whether its coming to europe, if it was included in the original articles it would be a nice bonus ^^
