At least the door sounds were there. I can imagine that fans will make this into a mod on PC. It would me much cooler to have the devs make a classic mode. Maybe as a reward after completing the game.

I don’t remember the Red Eye part, but I do remember that there were androids in the game. At least two of them. Two sexy androids, I’d say, Devola and Popola :) I can’t wait to hear more of this game.

Later in Siliconera comment we figured that it’s not EITO, but HITO which means man, person, human. So it’s Ningyou hito kikai = Doll man machine. These are just words, we don’t know their real meaning or connection. It was fun doing some detective work :)

Did you play it through? There are many little things that make Nier good. I don’t want to seem greedy but I’d love to see a FFVIII full HD remake. Like the tech demo they made for PS2. In fact, I’d be okay if Square Enix were to make remakes from now on and leave the new IPs to Eidos and the others for a time :)

Looking forward to it. What were those soldiers doing? Who is the narrator? I can’t wait to see more.

For years, video game fans to Uwe Boll: “Fuck you”. Now he knows how we felt when he made those horrible video game adaptations.
