Ahh, the old “Ejaculate and Evacuate”. What’s really fun is when you have the choice between that and the “Pump and Munch” in rural areas.

We don’t have video evidence, but this is totally a thing we used to watch unfold. Guile would jacknife kick 2-3 times in a row. Now, to do that you had to hold down for ~2 seconds, and you could pre-load the kick during your last action, but it still required an extra half second or so after landing. The computer…
Sounds fun. No mention of what platform this game is on?

Most of the time, your good reason isn’t enough.
I definitely continued clicking the fist time. To the chagrin of my coworkers.
No. I also do not clap at movies. If the captain came out to take a bow I’d clap to make sure he didn’t sic the TSA on me...
I do this as well. Usually
I love that Mike Hannigan and Ant Man are essentially the same character.
It’s all reactionary. Providers are trying to stay afloat, but in most cases the government forbids them to turn away patients. This means that patients who cannot (or will not) pay are seen, and now need to be paid for by paying patients and insurers**. Insurers have a strange amount of power over providers, so…
I don’t want to advocate for the devil, but many (not all) BCBS plans are just using BCBS as the administrator of a health fund.
No-ish. You get your seats assigned “at the gate”. Which is to say that when you check in, your seat is assigned but you don’t get to see it until an hour or two before takeoff. That said, you can always ask the gate agent to work with you, and I’ve never seen this go poorly (though horror stories are out there).
I very much thought about that.
Very fun. Ross’s is the best. Rachel’s is, sadly, the worst.
Looks good. Looking forward to it being on Android or the Switch so I can play it. :)
Thank you! I knew it had to be out there, then when I read it I remembered covering it in discrete math ages ago (or was it linear algebra...), which is what had me thinking of proofs to begin with. Man... Good times. Good times.
I work with a dude whose wife is a type 1 diabetic. Our insurance makes them prove that she’s a Type 1 Diabetic every few months in order to pay for her insulin. Also, they won’t cover the test things that are compatible with her pump. Also, they won’t cover giving her a new pump because she already has one. So they…
The total bill for our first kiddo in the NICU for just under two months was about 242k. That didn’t include my wife’s overnight in the CCU when the hospital gave her too much of some thing that caused her lungs to fill with water, almost asphyxiating, which the nurses just figured was post-op jitters on my wife’s…
As I stated in another reply, this 756,000 is most likely a/the solution, but without actually calculating or writing the proof, there’s no way to be certain. I’d love to read the proof (or have time to write it...)
While I don’t have the compute to run the numbers, the average is likely one of the solutions. Think back to (grade school, maybe?) and recall the “mean, median, and mode”.
