I always pay with my credit card at pumps. Prepaying for gas is a massive PITA since 99% of the time I have no intention of going inside. Basically only when I’m on a road trip and need to pee do I go into the gas station, yeesh.

If it’s crowded enough, just lift your feet off the ground and see where you end up.

The game was near perfect. It’d be nice if they’d have added postures/animations for the avatars to actually look like they were freaking the F out. Cowering, covering their eyes, etc.

Eternal Darkness. The sanity effects are great, the entire game wears down your nerves. And while there isn’t all that much tension, because you have a bit more control over yourself than in most terror games, the game maintains a level of unease.

We got them as hand me downs, might have been the early 90's now that I think way back... Either way, no manuals came with them and we didn’t have any access to information about them, so we had no clue how to level our characters. At one point or another we found the leveling dude in a town and all our guys went up…

We played that in the 80's, and it is definitely NOT one of my fav experiences. LOL Those games were tough as nails.

That whole ‘metal is bad’ mechanic from BG1 was SO infuriating! I loved the game, but that mechanic to keep the player from progressing too fast just kept me in a state of rage. On replays I would edit the infinity engine to make all my swords “normal” just to save some time. :)

In my first play through, I ended up killing him. I’m not gonna lie, I stared at the screen for a while, and some tears came out. Everything that happened on that island just... oh man...

The INSANE music in Porum and Parum’s town still plays randomly in my head from time to time.

That’s been my experience when I branch out and just can’t do it. I ask for something else and try not to let them give it to me for free. I made a decision, it didn’t work out. That’s how it works. It’s not the restaurant’s fault that I don’t like most white sauces.
