Love me some box jumps. I built my own plyometric box last summer and use the longest side (36") all the time.  I don’t look like I should be able to do more than one but I can bust out 20-30 in a row.

Having had multiple dislocations and a separation, I have almost no labrum in one of my shoulders. I find that handstand pushups are “easier” than regular as they don’t require as many stabilizing muscles to keep things in. Easier as in, I can do more than a dozen without having to stop.

My son got the Castronauts books when he was in Kindergarten and immediately buried his nose in them. He’s reading the new releases and loves them.  I’ve read through them and they’re cute, funny, and well written.
