Always felt this was more of a no brainer. By definition a vacation should cut out your normal daily routines. And when you return from your escape, you need that margin to return mentally. I had a couple days after the recent break to just chill with the family, and I’m glad I did. Getting back to the relaxed normal

I always had to use slot 2. My (older) brother would invariably save over ANY game I had in slot 1. It was HIS spot and he DGAF.

It really transformed my perception.

When both of my kids were < 6 months (not crawling about) I was able to get in a surprising amount of gaming while they slept on me. Once they started moving, though, that went down. That has magically changed since I got a Switch. I’d not jumped into the 3DS territory as my elder boy would (and HAS) monopolize it.

Still may be my favorite game of all time.

Basically every reveal in Horizon: Zero Dawn was my favorite moment in gaming last year. Each one supplanted the previous moment in some kind of haunting relief.

Usually my boy wants mac and cheese or a small cheeseburger when we go out. But many times we just order something we can split with him because the portion sizes at most restaurants are too big for an adult as it is. Sorta depends on how we feel.

I know a few very talented leather workers. They can tool leather and work it and make stuff that is getting closer to all the stuff you see in the LotR trilogy (and probably could get there for the right price). I pay for that. I’ll buy the bath bombs for Wifey, because I know they’re a pain to make and they

The count of times where I’ve genuinely been interested in some fun craft someone did and then mentally shut down any possible transaction because the $3 in materials and 2 minutes of work done don’t warrant the $80 price tag... It’s high.

I don’t trust the site and neither should you. But basic password strength algorithms are probably in place. The number of characters, number of different categories (caps, specials, etc), and degree of randomness play a role. However it seems like the site is also coming up a bit random.

It’s too long to remember. I just keep it on a couple post-it notes on my laptop screen.

These were great last year. The boys were in bed at 2030, We were tucked in around 2230. It just isn’t worth the swing anymore.

To be honest it’s because following lifehacker on Feedly shows you everything that they want to publish and/or cross publish.

So I really enjoyed it as a standalone movie, but there were a lot of dumb as hell moments and major plot points that were too painful to take it serious within the context of the Star Wars universe.

The theater was silent and my expression was fused on my face for a while as I tried to understand why it took her so long to pull herself in (cause I imagine that the shock of being in space would take longer to wear off than you would be alive...)

Everything about this post disgusts me. Fried things? Ick. Ham in place of any suitable meat...? Deplorable. Casserole (or hot dish)? Vomit everywhere.

Thank you. Nostalgia is the only thing keeping Sonic alive, and has been for a decade. Too many franchises survive this way...

Lived more than 30 years in MN, and ate at Red’s as often as possible. I’ve been all over this country and have never found a better pizza. There’s a lot of chains that emulate the style in rural areas. Most suck (Chanticlear!), but are better than national chains, which really suck.

Yes!
