My brother and I played the shit out of Mario Kart when it came out. Worked on gold trophies for every track for months. For nostalgia it’s the best in my book. But IMHO the best in the series is still Double Dash. As I mentioned further up, though, I haven’t touched a Wii U or Switch.

SNES games still intrigue me. I still bust out the SNES on occasion because the games still work well and flow well. And everything on your list is absolutely necessary. Except for Yoshi’s Island. I realize that it’s an incredible game and that the gameplay and etc... but I freakin hated it.
